several interfaces response prioritizing

hi,

please, how can I prioritize (with timeout?) responces when dhcpd
listens on several interfaces?

my commutator is configured with 802.1x to put client into vlanA for
noauthorization and to vlanB or vlanC according to the authorization
passed, so, how can I configure dhcpd to delay respond on vlanA to be
sure the client was in time to try authorization for vlanB/C?

can it be acieved with some timeouts? dhcpd is configured via LDAP

DHCP only occurs AFTER 802.1X is complete....so the client wont ask for an address
until its failed (switches with failed vlan) , succeeded or no auth'd (for switches with guest vlan)
