Hopefully you are referring to the company that sold this stupid software, and not the poor victim of its brokenness. Even so, there are probably better ways to protest. Chances are they won't even notice a slight uptick in their spam rate. Constructive criticism might not work either, but perhaps a well-placed CERT advisory...
