Hi Everyone,
I wonder if current ISC DHCP implementation supports these two features:
LLQ
http://files.dns-sd.org/draft-sekar-dns-llq.txtUL
http://files.dns-sd.org/draft-sekar-dns-ul.txtUL= Update Leases
LLQ = Long Lived Query.
They are basically used on DNS-SD (Service Discovery).
http://www.dns-sd.org/ServerSetup.htmlThey were originally in Apple's dnsextd implementation long ago. In my
own test using ISC DHCP and BIND 9 on Centos 7, it seems that UL is
working. When a client went away, its
record also got removed. But I am not sure if this is the real UL
implementation. I am also not sure about the LLQ feature.
Thanks.
