feedback that I've got from our development team is that they miss a
tool or function to test the KEA DHCP configuration before starting the
service (something similar to named-checkconf for BIND 9 or "dhcpd -t"
for ISC-DHCP). As the KEA configuration is new to every user,
configuration errors are common and with the current version there is no
other way to find the errors as to start the service and look through
the log-files.
