Confused About How Mahjong Connect 2 Tiles Link Up

Hi everyone,

I’m new to mahjong connect 2 tiles and still figuring out how the connections work. Sometimes I think two tiles can link, but the game doesn’t allow it. The pathing rules in mahjong connect 2 connect confuse me, especially with corner matches.

Does anyone know a clear method or visual trick for predicting connections more accurately? I’d love to improve and stop wasting time on dead matches. Any guidance from more experienced players would be amazing.
